1. Accuracy of Information

The information provided on https://www.namaskarnortheast.com is for general informational and planning purposes only. While we make every effort to maintain the accuracy, reliability, and completeness of the content (including hotel rates, vehicle descriptions, itinerary durations, and map routes), real-time changes in local road conditions, weather seasons, and hotel policies may cause deviations.

Namaskar Northeast is not liable for typographical errors, outdated references, or unexpected alterations in pricing structures.

2. High-Altitude Health Advisory

Northeast India features several tourist destinations located at extremely high altitudes, such as:

- Lachen, Lachung, and Gurudongmar Lake in Sikkim (Altitudes up to 17,800 ft)
- Sela Pass, Bumla Pass, and Tawang in Arunachal Pradesh (Altitudes up to 15,200 ft)

Traveling to these heights poses risks of Acute Mountain Sickness (AMS), breathing issues, and cardiovascular stress.

Important Notice: It is mandatory for travelers to consult a medical professional regarding their physical fitness and oxygen compatibility before booking high-altitude itineraries. Namaskar Northeast acts solely as an operating coordinator and is not liable for personal health emergencies, altitude sickness complications, or expenses incurred for emergency medical evacuations and hospitalization.

3. Pricing and Availability Disclaimer

All package prices, vehicle hire rates, and package estimates displayed on the website are indicative and based on standard occupancy rates. Final rates are determined at the time of booking confirmation based on:

  • Seasonal hotel tariff adjustments and room category upgrades.
  • Hikes in state road tolls, green taxes, permit fees, or fuel prices.
  • Holiday surcharges (e.g. Durga Puja, Hornbill Festival, Christmas, and New Year).

4. Wildlife Sightings (Kaziranga & Manas)

Our wildlife safari itineraries (such as Jeep or Elephant safaris in Kaziranga National Park, Manas National Park, or Nameri National Park) are designed to provide access to the natural habitat of wild animals.

As animal movements are completely natural and beyond human control, Namaskar Northeast does not guarantee sightings of specific species, including the One-horned Rhinocerous, Bengal Tigers, or wild elephants. Refund claims based on safari sighting results will not be entertained.

5. Third-Party Vendor Limitations

We carefully vet and partner with licensed hotels, local home hosts, and transport networks. However, Namaskar Northeast does not own or directly manage the operations of hotels, commercial airlines, national trains, or remote local restaurants.

Consequently, we cannot assume direct liability for hotel service deficiencies, power backup outages, airline delays, luggage losses, or injuries caused by the negligence of third-party vendors.
